Indian Lodge Motel Pet Policy Information
Approval Required
- Obtain approval from Indian Lodge Management before check-in if bringing a pet. Without prior approval, we cannot guarantee room availability.
Pet-Friendly Rooms
- Patio King Rooms are designated as Pet-Friendly.
- A fee of $250 applies for bringing pets into any other room type.
Pet Limits and Fees
- One (1) well-behaved family canine pet is permitted.
- Service animals are welcome in pet-friendly rooms.
- Non-refundable pet fee: $25 per night (max 2 days) or $50 for stays of 2 nights or more.
- A $300 hold will be placed on the guest's credit card for potential pet-related damages.
Pet Etiquette
- Guests are responsible for immediate cleanup after their pets.
- Pets must not be left unattended anywhere on the property or in the room.
- Leashes are required when in the hotel or on hotel property.
- Guests must be able to control their pets to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
Noise Disturbances:
- Manage and curtail any disturbances caused by pets, such as barking.
- If two (2) or more noise complaints are received, alternative accommodations for the pet may be required.
Weight Limit and Other Pets:
- Dogs exceeding the 75 lbs weight limit and pets other than dogs may be considered at the general manager's discretion.
- Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
- Additional restrictions may apply, and detailed information is available upon request.
Violations:
- Violation of these policies may result in the immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund.
